About the Company

John Allgrove, has been renting student properties since 1996 and has been a member of the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) Accreditation Scheme for 16 years.

The available properties are in Winton, Ensbury Park and Winton/Charminster border and all are very conveniently located for the University Campus and Bournemouth Town Centre.

The Tenancy agreements run for 11 months and are available from either 1st August or 1st September.

The houses are managed personally by the Landlord which enables a fast and efficient service for any problems that may arise.

It is important to us that the properties are given to the tenants in good order and it is hoped that they remain in good order, which not only reduces the maintenance during the year for the tenant but reduces the problems for the Landlord.

All of our properties have:

• Gas Central Heating.
• Double Glazing.
• A television supplied with the TV Licence paid by the Landlord.
• Washing Machine and some with dishwasher and clothes dryers
• Kitchens are supplied with a microwave, fridge and freezer, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.
• All houses have at least 2 bathrooms/shower rooms and 2 toilets.
• Most properties have large rear gardens and off-street parking for at least 2 cars with facilities for bike storage.
